Al-Madar Company signed an agreement with the Ministry of Oil and Gas to provide the Al-Madar Cloud in July 2021. In view of the Ministry's need to use the latest technologies in the field of information systems and digital transformation, it decided to agree with Al-Madar Company due to the company's capabilities and national cadres capable of meeting the requirements and providing distinguished services in the field of cloud services. Currently, the Ministry is benefiting from the use of the cloud to store data and information, as well as from the MS O365 application for electronic correspondence and other MS applications. The agreement was renewed for the second year, and the level of services is still good, and the ministry did not face any obstacles

The Customs Authority is one of the first beneficiaries of the cloud computing services of Al-Madar Company, especially with the difficulty of providing infrastructure from data centers and equipment to public authorities, in addition to the lack of a sufficient number of specialized engineers to manage these resources. Al-Madar Cloud provided the appropriate solutions for the Customs Authority to host its customs systems and provided the human element that supports and assists in managing these systems, which ensures that the service is available to customers at all times.
